1. Lawn greetings are the property of AHB LG and renter is liable for any pieces missing from the yard. Do not move or remove yard signs from lawn. Display needs to be in yard for driver to pick up. If signs are removed, and no one is home, for driver to pick up the display, a second delivery fee will be charged. Signs are water proof, so watering your lawn is fine. Do not mow around signs, please wait until AHB LG has picked up the display to mow. The yard greetings are not child-proof, so please keep children away from the displays. Any damage/theft/missing pieces will be charged to the renter's credit card at $20 per piece. 2. Delivery will be made before 6am on the delivery date, and will be picked up after 6pm the same day, unless other arrangements have been made. 3. AHB LG will setup display at a slight angle, facing the road and driveway, so family, friends, and neighbors can see the display. AHB LG will leave a BROUGHT TO YOU BY AHB LAWN GREETINGS sign near the road as an advertisment. Displays must be set up in grass, no hard surfaces. 4. Weather/Cancellation/Theft/Refund Policy-- We will not deliver during hazardous conditions(Snow/Severe Weather Warnings/High Winds/Frozen Ground). YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION 7 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE RENTAL DATE, FOR A FULL REFUND. IF LESS THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS, RENTER FORFEITS ALL MONIES. AHB LG WILL GIVE A REFUND, IF THE SPECIFIC YARD GREETING IS RE-RENTED FOR THE SAME DATE THE RENTER CANCELLED. RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPLAY DURING RENTAL PERIOD. 5.PAYMENTS/OTHER- All payments must be made by Visa or Mastercard only. Payment will be processed when renter and AHB LG have confirmed the rental. The above terms and conditions of the rental contract are legal and binding. Printing your name in the last box below, constitutes that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions set forth above.
